Personal Training

Looking to get in the shape? Our personal training sessions will not only get you into shape, but they will entertain you and teach you basic self defense skills at the same time. Our program is custom tailored to your needs and includes a lot of what you would expect (cardio and weights) but also a lot of what you wouldn't: kicking drills, punching drills, take downs and boxing exercises. 

By the end of it not only will you be in shape, but you will have fun getting there while learning some basic self defense at the same time.
