Yoga

The yoga program at All Canadian Martial Arts synchronizes deep, full breathing with a flowing and progressive series of postures. Yoga is a dynamic practice which produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat. This heat detoxifies muscles and organs, resulting in improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Yoga can help you reduce stress, obtain focus, and achieve calmness.





Classes on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
